Sales Account Manager

About the role

Apple is looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with multi‑brand retail partners in the Philippines. You will act as the primary liaison between Apple and its channel partners, driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional Apple customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain close working relationships with senior stakeholders of retail partners.
• Design and execute sales initiatives that increase Apple product sell‑through and improve partner efficiency.
• Develop reliable forecasts using Apple’s sales forecasting tools and collaborate with Reseller Operations to align product supply.
• Conduct regular performance and planning reviews with channel partners, agreeing on quarterly marketing, in‑store and online activities.
• Provide input for channel marketing programs and ensure partner sales staff receive Apple training.
• Analyze market trends, store performance, and channel challenges to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Minimum 6 years of professional channel management or retail sales experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer electronics, IT, smartphone, or software/services.
• Proven ability to manage forecasts, drive sales growth, and influence cross‑functional teams.
