Sales Account Manager – B2B IT & AV Solutions

About the role

DVI Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to expand its corporate and B2B portfolio in the Philippines. You will work with medium to large enterprises and multinational corporations, promoting integrated AV, IT hardware, and workplace infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing corporate/B2B accounts by building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within mid‑size to large enterprises and MNCs.
• Drive the full sales cycle, including lead generation, tender submissions, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to design customized AV and IT infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor sales performance, maintain pipeline activities, and achieve revenue targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Prepare regular sales and account reports for management and represent the company at client meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in IT hardware, AV solutions, or workplace services.
• Proven experience managing corporate or MNC clients in the Philippines.
• Strong understanding of tender processes, RFPs, and procurement workflows.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
