Safety Trainer

About the role

We are a leading ride‑hailing platform in the Philippines looking for a Safety Trainer to join our team in Cagayan de Oro. You will lead safety riding seminars, onboarding sessions and driver accreditation to ensure our partners ride safely and comply with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Safety Riding Seminars and onboarding training for new drivers.
• Assess rider understanding of safety protocols, road regulations and operational guidelines.
• Process driver accreditation, maintain accurate attendance and training records.
• Monitor training quality and help achieve onboarding and driver processing targets.
• Collaborate with Operations and Safety teams to improve rider readiness and safety performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years experience facilitating safety seminars or driver training programs.
• Valid LTO Professional Driver’s License for 2‑wheel and 4‑wheel vehicles.
• TESDA Driving NC II certification and 40‑hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health training.
• Own a personal motorcycle and flexibility to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine traffic laws and defensive driving practices.
