About the role

Reffen is looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to take charge of its runner team. As the Runner Manager you will ensure smooth daily operations in a busy, informal, and international environment, guaranteeing an outstanding experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily activities of the runner team to maintain efficient service flow.
• Collaborate closely with other team leaders to support overall site operations.
• Motivate, lead, and develop a diverse group of runners.
• Monitor large, open‑air work areas and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Adapt work schedules flexibly, including evenings and weekends, especially during peak summer months.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 23 years.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in event or festival operations and staff coordination is advantageous.
• Service‑oriented, solution‑focused, and able to quickly assess complex work environments.
• Willingness to work at least two days per week during the summer season.
