Roving Trainer – Field Sales Training

About the role

Billease is looking for a dynamic Roving Trainer to elevate the performance of its Sales Associates across multiple locations in the Philippines. You will deliver engaging, on‑site training sessions, coach teams in real‑time, and ensure that every associate has the product knowledge and sales skills needed to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site product, sales, and customer‑engagement training for Sales Associates.
• Coach and mentor field teams to improve sales performance and customer experience.
• Evaluate individual and team performance, providing actionable feedback.
• Identify training gaps and develop targeted development plans.
• Create and update training materials and learning resources.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to refine training processes.
• Support Sales Associates during live customer interactions through 100% fieldwork.
• Monitor training effectiveness using reports and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales financing, retail, or a related industry.
• Experience in coaching, facilitation, or field training is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Organized, process‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple field locations.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work weekends when business needs require.
