Roster Clerk – Onsite Full‑Time Position

About the role

The Roster Clerk will work onsite at our Clark office, supporting the delivery of care services to frail, aged, disabled, and dementia‑affected clients. This full‑time role ensures that support professionals and nurses are scheduled efficiently to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the roster of support professionals, ensuring coverage aligns with assessed client needs.
• Coordinate with coordinators and customers to confirm service availability and address any changes.
• Document all client and staff interactions in the IT system, keeping records current.
• Participate in quality improvement programs and accreditation processes.
• Provide after‑hours roster support when required.
• Act as a role model by upholding company vision and values.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a rostering or scheduling role, preferably within disability, aged‑care, or community‑health settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with support staff and promote long‑term retention.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective services.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using the organization’s IT scheduling system.
