RN QA & Clinical Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our US‑based team remotely from the Philippines. The RN QA & Clinical Support Specialist will ensure high‑quality home health services by performing quality assurance, chart reviews, and supporting clinical documentation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of home health cases and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform detailed chart reviews and OASIS assessments.
• Manage medical authorizations and intake processes for new patients.
• Support clinical documentation, including accurate entry of patient information and care plans.
• Collaborate with US team members to resolve documentation issues and improve workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the Philippines.
• Experience in home health, quality assurance, or clinical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
