About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to support a mobile medical practice remotely. The role involves handling patient communication, scheduling, intake, follow‑up, records management, and clinical escalation.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments and medical information.
- Schedule and coordinate patient visits and follow‑up calls.
- Manage patient intake and maintain accurate records.
- Facilitate follow‑up processes and ensure timely clinical escalation when needed.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in patient coordination.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, home‑based environment.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and a U.S.-based team.
