Revit Production Architect – Retail & Restaurant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Revit Production Architect to create and manage construction documents for retail and restaurant projects. This permanent, work‑from‑home position offers the chance to adapt prototype designs to site‑specific conditions while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, produce, and maintain architectural construction documents using Revit.
• Adapt prototype retail and restaurant designs to local building codes, zoning, and site constraints.
• Prepare complete permit, bid, and construction drawing sets.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and other consultants.
• Review surveys and jurisdictional requirements to incorporate necessary modifications.
• Identify and resolve drawing conflicts, coordination issues, and constructability concerns.
• Participate in coordination meetings and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain organized project files throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support permit responses, drawing revisions, and construction administration as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural production and construction documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Strong understanding of drafting standards, building systems, codes, accessibility, and permitting processes.
• Experience with retail, restaurant, QSR, or commercial projects.
• Ability to coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil consultants.
• Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure.
