Revit Architect – BIM Modeling & Design (Makati)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Licensed Architect with strong Revit expertise to join our Makati‑based Architectural Solutions firm. You will play a key part in project execution, BIM modeling, and technical documentation for complex international projects while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop advanced architectural models, detailed documentation, and 3D visualizations with minimal supervision.
• Conduct quality‑assurance reviews to ensure deliverables meet technical and design standards.
• Enforce BIM standards across project deliverables and guide junior team members.
• Provide regular progress updates and meet individual and team deadlines.
• Take ownership of complex project components, aligning them with design intent and project objectives.

Required profile

• Registered Architect (licensed) with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of intensive Revit work.
• Familiarity with Australian Standards and experience coordinating with consultants on large projects.
• Strong communication skills and confidence leading client coordination meetings.
