Revenue Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Revenue Manager to join our team on the private island of Pamalican. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue, profitability and market share across all resort outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously refine revenue strategies aligned with commercial and financial objectives.
• Lead the preparation and consolidation of the annual commercial budget in partnership with Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Prepare and manage accurate daily, weekly, monthly and annual revenue forecasts.
• Maximize ADR, RevPAR and overall profitability through pricing, inventory control and distribution management.
• Analyse historical data, market trends and competitor activity to support pricing decisions.
• Lead revenue meetings and provide strategic recommendations to department heads and the GM.
• Define discounting strategies and adapt product packaging to demand, seasonality and market positioning.
• Ensure rate parity across OTA platforms, brand.com and GDS, and manage relationships with OTA’s, wholesalers and travel agents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in revenue management or a similar role within international, branded hotels.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, seasonality patterns and local events.
• Deep knowledge of key performance indicators such as RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, GOPPAR and TRevPAR.
• Financial acumen with solid P&L comprehension and contribution margin analysis.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Protel).
• Experience using RMS platforms (Ideas, Duetto, RateGain).
• Familiarity with channel managers (SiteMinder, TravelClick) and booking engines.
• Advanced Excel skills – pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros and financial modelling.
• Competence in data‑analytics tools, business‑intelligence software, statistical analysis and forecasting.
