Revenue Manager – Dynamic Pricing for Short-Term Rentals

About the role

We are seeking a Revenue Manager to own pricing strategy and listing performance across our short‑term rental portfolio. The role is remote‑first, with a focus on using PriceLabs to drive occupancy and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage dynamic pricing in PriceLabs, including base price, seasonal profiles, minimum‑stay rules, gap nights, last‑minute discounts, and occupancy‑based adjustments.
• Analyze market data, comparable listings, occupancy trends, and STR indicators to inform pricing decisions.
• Monitor KPIs such as Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR and adjust strategies based on seasonality, local events, and demand fluctuations.
• Conduct bi‑annual performance reviews of each listing on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia, optimizing titles, descriptions, amenities, and photo order.
• Benchmark listings against competitors and recommend improvements to boost conversion and review scores.
• Collaborate with property owners and account managers in periodic meetings to discuss performance and recommendations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with PriceLabs or a comparable dynamic pricing tool (e.g., Wheelhouse, Beyond).
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data, reports, and revenue KPIs.
• Solid understanding of short‑term rental revenue management, including seasonality, minimum‑stay strategies, and occupancy‑rate trade‑offs.
• Familiarity with OTA listing optimization factors that influence ranking and bookings.
• Excellent written English and clear communication skills.
