Retail Sales Trader

About the role

The Retail Sales Trader drives volume and revenue for Treasury products, including money‑market instruments, fixed‑income securities, foreign exchange and derivatives, by serving Community Financial Services (CFS) accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Trade a range of Treasury products and record transactions using Kondor Plus (K+).
• Coordinate with internal units to ensure smooth and accurate processing of trades.
• Conduct regular marketing calls and visits to existing and prospective clients, cross‑selling bank products and services.
• Invest client funds in appropriate financial instruments to meet liquidity and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with CFS marketing groups to identify new business opportunities.
• Perform suitability assessments to align product offerings with client risk tolerance and investment goals.
• Stay current on regulatory and compliance requirements and ensure adherence to policies.
• Provide marketing tools and product information to distribution channels.

Required profile

• College graduate, preferably in business‑related fields.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in sales or trading of Treasury products.
• SEC‑licensed Fixed Income Salesman.
• Banker’s Association of the Philippines‑ADMU Treasury Certified Professional (Full Certification).
