Retail Sales Group Analyst

About the role

The Retail Sales Group Analyst supports data‑driven decision‑making within the Retail Sales organization. You will collect, analyse and interpret large data sets to improve business strategies, solve problems and enhance performance.

Key responsibilities

• Gather data from internal and external sources, including databases, reports and industry trends.
• Analyse large data sets using appropriate tools to identify patterns, correlations and trends.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Provide actionable recommendations to drive business performance and support strategy formulation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand challenges, develop solutions and automate reporting processes.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or fraudulent transactions and perform complex reconciliation tasks.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and confidentiality while maintaining proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge of statistical tools (a plus).
