Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations across our diverse food & beverage concepts, including Tiger Sugar, Khao Khai Thai Chicken House, Gram Cafe & Pancakes and Chunky Boss. You will ensure exceptional service, food quality and cleanliness while driving team performance in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations to guarantee smooth service and order fulfillment.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and hygiene.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels and place timely orders for supplies.
• Train, coach and develop team members to achieve optimal performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and analyse performance reports to improve productivity.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless order processing.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or management.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset and resilience under pressure.
