Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our LAX by But First, Coffee outlet in Las Piñas. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional service, maintain food safety standards, and drive branch performance through effective team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the café‑restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, coach and motivate baristas and other branch staff while enforcing company policies and performance standards.
• Monitor workflow, delegate tasks and provide guidance to maintain productivity and efficient service.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly.
• Manage cash handling, sales reporting, inventory control, stock replenishment and cost management to support profitability.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure timely food preparation and seamless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and workplace safety regulations, keeping the branch audit‑ready.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including equipment checks and daily operational reports.

Required profile

• Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience in a café, restaurant or food‑and‑beverage establishment.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team‑management abilities.
• Good knowledge of branch operations such as customer service, cash handling, inventory management and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Preferably residing in Las Piñas or nearby areas.

Required skills

• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
