Restaurant Manager – Meycauayan

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations at our Meycauayan location, ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee opening and mid‑shift procedures, executing the QSCH Restaurant Checklist to prepare the store for service.
• Manage floor operations during peak hours, delivering energetic and positive guest interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, restroom, kitchen, and exterior areas, and ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Engage guests to provide a unique dining experience and resolve any concerns promptly.
• Lead closing shift activities, completing line checks and preparing the restaurant for the next day.
• Implement local marketing programs to drive repeat business and increase guest loyalty.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set action plans, and recognize achievements.
• Administer key management systems to influence sales, profit, QSCH, and people metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Prior experience as a Shift Manager or Store Supervisor in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant operations and lead a team effectively.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
