Restaurant Manager

About the role

Mc Wilson Corporation is seeking a full‑time Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at its Mandaluyong location. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality guest experience while maintaining the brand’s service and cleanliness standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Create and manage staff schedules, supervise team performance, and handle hiring and training.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and enforce food safety and quality standards.
• Address customer feedback, resolve service issues promptly, and uphold brand reputation.
• Implement promotions, sales initiatives, and operational improvements to drive profitability.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to manage guest concerns professionally.
• Experience in hiring, team supervision, performance monitoring, and fostering collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with staff, management, and guests.
• Solid knowledge of food & beverage operations, basic food safety, and menu execution.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.

Required skills
