Restaurant Manager – Festive Walk

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the Festive Walk location. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving sales growth in a high‑traffic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage opening, mid‑shift, and closing procedures, including the QSCH Restaurant Checklist to guarantee readiness and cleanliness across dining, kitchen, and restroom areas.
• Lead the floor during peak hours, delivering fast, high‑quality service while maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere for guests and staff.
• Implement local marketing initiatives, loyalty programs, and referral campaigns to increase repeat business and overall sales.
• Conduct regular team meetings, recognize high performers, and handle employee rewards and disciplinary actions as part of the management team.
• Administer key performance systems that influence sales, profit, quality, safety, and people metrics.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring memorable dining experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Shift Manager or Store Supervisor in the food and beverage industry, with solid knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage shift logistics, and drive sales performance.
