About the role
We are seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage outlet in Coron, Palawan. The ideal candidate loves hospitality, connects easily with guests and staff, and embodies the core value of teamwork while ensuring the highest standards of service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant and assist across food and beverage outlets.
- Develop and launch innovative programs and promotions to increase guest patronage and drive revenue.
- Support financial budgeting activities to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and uphold hospitality standards on the floor.
Required profile
- At least 1–2 years of full‑service restaurant management experience.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and cover shifts as needed.
- Strong ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
Required skills
