About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead the Cebu outlet to achieve its business objectives, ensuring high standards of sales performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and food safety. This role combines operational oversight with people development to maintain compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability targets while maintaining food, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage daily store operations, ensuring adherence to operating systems and government requirements.
• Coach, develop, and supervise the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Administration, or a related business field.
• 3‑4 years of leadership experience in a service‑oriented industry such as retail, hotel, restaurant, or quick‑service restaurant.
• Strong customer‑focus with the ability to make decisions that meet guest needs.
• Proven people‑management skills, including coaching and team development.
• Solid understanding of basic store operations, standards compliance, and profitability analysis.
