Restaurant Host/Hostess

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Host or Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, guide guests to their tables, and ensure a smooth flow of service throughout the dining area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and escort them to their assigned tables.
• Provide menus, answer preliminary questions, and assist with special requests.
• Monitor table rotations and track ready tables for incoming guests.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage take‑out orders when needed.
• Maintain a tidy host station and keep the waiting area organized.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in a fast‑paced dining environment (preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate).
• Warm, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for food and customer service.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver a memorable guest experience.
• Strong multitasking skills and comfort working in a high‑volume setting.
• Fluent English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
