Reserve Officer – Business Center Support

About the role

The Reserve Officer provides critical back‑up support for the Business Center team, ensuring seamless operations when key personnel are absent. Based in Makati, the role focuses on maintaining strict compliance with bank policies, BSP/AMLA regulations and delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assume the duties of Service Manager, Service Officer, Service Associate or Service Associate‑Pickup Teller during their absence.
• Conduct case‑by‑case compliance reviews as directed by the Regional Service Head.
• Execute ad‑hoc tasks such as special investigations, account reconciliations, ATM duty officer duties, and other assignments from the District Service Head.
• Process Business Center transactions within prescribed limits, approvals and authorities in line with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree in Business, Finance or a related service‑oriented field.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies, procedures and BSP/AMLA regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work efficiently in a banking and sales environment and handle clients professionally.
• Willingness to be assigned to different branches within the area, including Makati.
• Sales or marketing experience in a banking context is an advantage.
