About the role
The Sales Representative will support daily floor operations in an AutoZone store, ensuring that merchandising, sales processes, and customer service standards are consistently met. This onsite role focuses on product placement, transaction handling, and delivering an excellent shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain floor organization by arranging merchandise, handling excess stock, and following planogram guidelines.
- Scan inventory for accurate counts and perform proper fronting, labeling, and product classification.
- Assist customers in locating items, providing product information, pricing, and answering inquiries both in‑store and via phone.
- Execute cash‑register transactions, process payments (cash or card), and handle returns according to store policy.
- Participate in opening and closing duties, including cleaning and store presentation tasks.
Required profile
- Completed high school education.
- Previous experience as a storekeeper, cashier, or general assistant.
- Preferable experience in customer service.
