About the role

UPS is seeking a Night‑Shift Customer Service Representative to work remotely from Medellín. In this role you will help ensure an excellent delivery experience for UPS customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to shipments and operational processes.
• Collaborate with internal UPS teams to find timely solutions that improve delivery and customer experience.
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, satisfaction, productivity and adherence.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of processes, tools and departmental goals.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose customer‑focused solutions.
• Document information clearly, accurately and in an organized manner.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Contribute to a collaborative, professional and inclusive workplace.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and active listening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving ability.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact‑center or administrative functions (preferred).
• Experience handling calls and serving customers in fast‑paced settings (preferred).

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (basic to intermediate proficiency)
