Reporting & Analytics Specialist – SCommerce

About the role

We are looking for a Reporting & Analytics Specialist to support our SCommerce business. You will create ad‑hoc analyses, develop and maintain reports, and turn data into actionable insights for various business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ad‑hoc analyses and reports, communicating insights to business stakeholders.
• Gather high‑level and detailed requirements through interviews with other departments.
• Provide user support for Business Intelligence reporting infrastructure and help locate needed information.
• Create new reports and update existing ones.
• Standardise data metrics by applying data and business‑process knowledge.
• Act as liaison between Shopee PH and BI technical engineers to define requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities using appropriate technologies.
• Learn and improve reporting tools and systems.
• Manage and maintain Service Level Agreements with third‑party providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with proven project‑management capabilities.
• Willingness to work flexible arrangements during campaign or peak seasons.
