Reporting Analyst (AP/AR)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a meticulous Reporting Analyst to join its Reporting Team in Paranaque. The role focuses on collecting, analysing and delivering accurate financial reports that support decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and compile data from multiple sources, including databases and spreadsheets.
• Generate timely, accurate reports and perform data validation to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide insightful data storytelling.
• Continuously improve reporting processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 1‑3 years of AR experience, preferably in a multinational shared services environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP.
• Experience with Tableau and UiPath or other financial modelling tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
