Replenishment & Supply Chain Agent (ERP Purchasing)

About the role

The Replenishment & Supply Chain Agent will manage day‑to‑day purchasing activities within an ERP system, coordinate with vendors, and track logistics to ensure on‑time delivery and accurate inventory levels. The role supports the Supply Chain Manager in maintaining smooth operations for a BPO serving international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders in the ERP system based on demand and replenishment needs.
• Handle multiple line‑item orders for approximately 110 vendors, ensuring correct quantities, prices, and delivery dates.
• Proactively follow up with vendors to confirm receipt, ship dates, and delivery commitments.
• Monitor order status, identify at‑risk shipments, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate logistics and delivery details with expediting specialists and vendors.
• Document order discrepancies, pricing issues, and vendor problems, and resolve or escalate them.
• Maintain clear notes in the ERP system and support reporting on late orders and vendor performance.
• Assist in identifying alternate approved vendors and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, replenishment, or supply chain support.
• Proven experience using an ERP system for purchasing or inventory management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize follow‑ups, and handle a high volume of weekly purchases.
• Attention to detail and good problem‑solving judgment.
