Remote Xactimate Estimator for US Client

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Xactimate Estimator to join our U.S.-based team remotely from the Philippines. You will create accurate mitigation estimates from field data and manage urgent restoration projects, ensuring timely and precise documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed mitigation estimates using Xactimate based on field reports.
• Manage and prioritize urgent restoration jobs to meet client deadlines.
• Coordinate with field crews and adjust estimates as project conditions evolve.
• Maintain accurate records of all estimates and job progress.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Xactimate software in construction or restoration estimating.
• Strong understanding of mitigation and restoration processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with field teams.
