About the role

We are looking for a remote Training Specialist to join EMAPTA’s global learning team. Working night‑shift hours from the comfort of your home, you will shape global customer learning by delivering virtual training, developing AI‑powered content and supporting digital education initiatives that help nonprofits amplify their impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging virtual training sessions tailored to the needs of global nonprofit clients.
• Create and curate AI‑enhanced learning content that supports digital education initiatives and drives measurable impact.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure training aligns with customer goals and organizational standards.
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to learners, helping them apply new skills effectively.
