Remote Social Media & Content Operations Associate

About the role

We are looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Social Media & Content Operations Associate to support a fast‑growing personal brand. The role is remote, part‑time (minimum 15 hours/week) and focuses on high‑quality video editing, content repurposing, and consistent publishing across YouTube and Instagram.

Key responsibilities

• Edit long‑form podcasts and YouTube videos into polished final outputs.
• Clip podcast and speech content into short‑form videos (Reels, Shorts) and produce high‑performing short‑form assets.
• Create engaging social media visuals such as carousels, thumbnails, and short‑form clips.
• Write captions, hooks, and other copy for posts.
• Upload and schedule content using tools like Metricool, ensuring a steady content pipeline.
• Support email and SMS campaign execution with tools such as GoHighLevel.
• Assist with daily engagement activities (commenting, responding to interactions).
• Track basic performance metrics and help identify top‑performing content (training provided).
• Contribute to content planning, suggest new ideas based on trends, and monitor competitor activity (training provided).

Required profile

• Strong experience in video editing, especially for YouTube and short‑form platforms.
• Familiarity with content repurposing and current social media trends.
• Basic graphic design ability for thumbnails and carousel posts.
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and related platforms.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, and able to execute tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Audio editing for podcast publishing.
• Graphic design tools for thumbnails and carousel creation.
• Metricool (or similar scheduling tools).
• Asana or comparable project‑management platforms.
• GoHighLevel (GHL) for email/SMS campaign support.
