Remote SEO/GEO Strategist (Philippines)

About the role

Marketing Done Right (MDR) is seeking a Remote SEO/GEO Strategist to join its Philippines‑based team. You will lead a pod of specialists, drive revenue‑generating SEO initiatives, and ensure high‑quality execution of on‑page and local SEO tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Improve client revenue and lead generation through SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies.
• Lead a pod of SEO specialists and support staff, delegating tasks and tracking deliverables.
• Conduct competitor research, content audits, and traffic analysis to recommend actionable improvements.
• Perform on‑page optimizations such as metadata updates, internal linking, and content formatting.
• Export, clean, and organize data from SEO tools for reporting and analysis.
• Maintain timelines, workflows, and quality checks to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Collaborate with content, design, development, and PPC teams to support campaign execution.
• Document SEO changes and stay updated on algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or team environment.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page, and local SEO.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and delegating tasks.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
