Remote SEO & GEO Strategist (Philippines)

About the role

Marketing Done Right (MDR) is seeking a Remote SEO & GEO Strategist to join its Philippines‑based team. You will own the strategic direction of SEO projects, guiding specialists and support staff through data‑driven roadmaps that drive client revenue and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Improve client revenue and lead generation through SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies.
• Lead a pod of specialists and SEO support staff, delegating tasks and ensuring timely execution.
• Perform on‑page optimizations, including metadata updates, internal linking, and content formatting.
• Export, clean, and organize data from SEO tools for reporting and analysis.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and workflows to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Conduct quality checks on SEO tasks and maintain documentation of changes.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page, and local SEO.
• Ability to organize and analyze exported SEO data.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (content, design, development, PPC).
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and independent work ethic.
