Remote Sales Development Representative

About the role

Try & Review is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities for its consumer evidence platform. Working remotely, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients across Southeast Asia, creating qualified leads for the sales and account management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research target prospects across relevant industries and markets.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound activities such as cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking.
• Conduct market research to spot buying signals and business opportunities.
• Qualify leads by understanding prospect pain points, business objectives, and operational challenges.
• Schedule discovery meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect records and activity logs within the CRM.
• Track and report on outreach metrics, pipeline development, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Client Success, and Sales to align lead‑generation efforts and share market insights.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales development, business development, lead generation, or inside sales.
• Previous experience in a SaaS or Managed Service Provider environment.
• Proven track record of generating qualified sales opportunities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage decision‑makers.

Required skills

• Outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, LinkedIn).
• CRM usage for tracking leads and activities.
