Remote Recruitment Specialist (Full-Time)

About the role

As a Remote Recruitment Specialist you will connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S. healthcare clients, ensuring each placement supports quality patient care. You will work fully remotely, collaborating with hiring managers and managing the full recruitment cycle for roles ranging from caregivers to licensed clinicians.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for healthcare positions such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews using HelloHire or similar tools.
• Utilize platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics (application rates, interviews, time‑to‑hire) and recommend workflow improvements.
• Occasionally assist in recruiting for administrative roles.

Required profile

• 1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven ability to recruit both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles.
• Strong phone presence, follow‑up skills, and ability to close candidates.
• Self‑managed, proactive, and able to juggle multiple openings.
• Creative sourcing using social media, job boards, and AI tools.
• Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented for compliance tasks.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Comfortable working 100% remotely in a U.S. time‑zone schedule with required technical setup.
