Remote Recruiter – Full‑time (PST)

About the role

A Hiring Group is looking for a full‑time remote Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for office‑based and non‑technical positions, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and clients while working on Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: job posting, resume screening, outreach, interviews, and offer extensions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct phone/video screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain organized pipelines and accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support employer‑branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely communication to candidates.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous recruitment or HR experience (internships or entry‑level roles acceptable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset and detail‑oriented organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in PST time zone.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms.
