Remote Project Manager – Telecom & General Construction

About the role

Pramira is seeking a Remote Project Manager to support its US project management team and CEO. You will oversee telecom and general construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards while working on Pacific US time.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with the US project management team and CEO on operational and tactical project activities.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, define timelines, and track progress.
• Communicate project status, updates, and presentations to stakeholders and customers.
• Document meeting decisions, actions, and significant activities in the ERP system.
• Assess risks and issues, propose solutions, and ensure projects follow established frameworks.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, assign tasks, and hold resources accountable.
• Lead new project kick‑offs, gather resources, and support the Program Manager as needed.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience managing telecom and general construction projects.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects.
• Willingness to work Pacific US time (PST).
