Remote Project Manager – Fast‑moving Startup

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to work remotely in a fast‑moving startup environment. You will partner with leadership and coordinate across operations, marketing, creative, product and retail teams to turn ideas into scalable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track cross‑functional projects from initiation to delivery.
• Build, maintain and continuously improve project management systems and workflows.
• Create clear project plans, timelines, dependencies and ownership structures.
• Ensure stakeholders stay aligned on priorities, deliverables and deadlines.
• Identify bottlenecks early and remove blockers to keep progress on track.
• Provide regular status updates and clear communication to all parties.
• Drive accountability by following up on tasks and monitoring execution.
• Transform ideas into repeatable, scalable processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager or similar role in a fast‑paced startup (typically fewer than 50 employees).
• Exposure to multiple business functions such as operations, supply chain, production, marketing and creative.
• Ability to thrive in high‑growth environments where priorities shift quickly.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
