Remote Project Manager – Access Control Installations

About the role

Swiftlane, a fast‑growing VC‑backed access‑control startup, is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead electronic security installation projects across the United States. You will coordinate deployments of touchless access‑control technology, working closely with internal teams, third‑party integrators, and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control end‑to‑end project activities from site visits to installation completion.
• Maintain and grow relationships with subcontractors, security integrators, and customers.
• Produce accurate material and labor estimates, negotiate contracts, and ensure profitability.
• Coordinate site visits, procurement, and fulfillment of hardware.
• Track project status, monitor execution, and close out projects with proper documentation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of project management experience in a tech environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, time‑management, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
