Remote Production Artist (Home Based)

About the role

We are looking for a Home‑Based Production Artist to join our creative team. You will work remotely, handling art pre‑flight, proof creation, and production file preparation for a variety of client projects while adhering to strict brand and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and pre‑flight art files, confirming format, color, sizing, and legibility based on decoration methods.
• Create accurate art proofs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, ensuring all instructions and details are clearly displayed.
• Set up print‑ready production files that meet vendor specifications, including correct file type, dimensions, and color profiles.
• Manage art requests via the @ease dashboard, prioritize tasks, and meet a 24‑hour turnaround for standard proofs.
• Interpret and apply client branding guidelines across all deliverables.
• Develop custom designs and layouts in collaboration with sales representatives and clients.
• Support virtual proof requests and leverage AI tools for graphic ideation.
• Submit licensing art proofs, track approval status, and coordinate vector conversions when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight or graveyard shifts aligned with Philippine or US operating hours.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Solid understanding of file formats, image optimization, and color management for print production.
