Remote Legal Transcriptionist & Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Legal Transcriptionist & Administrator to work remotely. You will transcribe legal audio recordings, manage digital correspondence, organise files and support various legal administration tasks using specialised software.

Key responsibilities

• Transcribe legal audio recordings accurately and efficiently.
• Draft formal letters and internal communications via Microsoft Outlook.
• Manage costing and savings‑related communications.
• Organise and maintain digital files in Google Drive or OneDrive.
• Support legal administration in LEAP, including document creation, file tracking and client record management.
• Assist with task and project tracking using Monday.com.
• Provide general administrative support and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in legal transcription or a law‑office environment.
• Excellent listening, fast and accurate typing skills.
• Strong written communication with attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, dependable and able to work independently.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
