Remote IT Specialist

About the role

The IT Specialist is a strategic, remote position focused on maintaining data integrity for My Amazon Guy’s Amazon‑related services. You will work closely with the IT Manager to identify broken processes, analyse their impact on key data points, and implement automation and analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain high organization, detail orientation, and meet tight deadlines.
• Perform analysis, problem‑solving and data visualization to support business strategy.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite, G‑Suite and related applications daily.
• Work with CMS platforms (WordPress), monday.com and basic API integrations.
• Manage security tools such as anti‑virus, firewalls and two‑factor authentication.
• Utilize tools including 1Password, Airtable, Amazon Seller Central, Asana, Google Workspace, Helium 10, HubSpot, Jotform, Slack, Time Doctor and Zapier.
• Support marketing communications and online marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with culturally diverse teams and assist in website management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in an IT Help Desk role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Operations Management, Data Science or related field (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong multitasking and prioritisation.
• Experience with data analytics tools and platforms such as Jotform, Airtable, Zapier, HubSpot, Asana and Google Workspace.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and hardware used across the organization.
• Dual‑monitor setup (≥8 GB RAM) and at least 25 Mbps internet connection.
