About the role
As an Inbound Sales Representative at Meadow, you will be the first voice families hear when they reach out for modern funeral and cremation services. The role focuses on compassionate, consultative conversations that help families make confident decisions without cold‑calling or high‑pressure tactics.
Key responsibilities
- Handle warm inbound leads and guide families through the sales process with empathy and clarity.
- Explain cremation options, answer questions, and support families in making informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate follow‑up and documentation to ensure a smooth sales workflow.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to improve processes and customer experience.
- Potentially transition to higher‑volume First Call Representative duties based on performance.
