Remote Healthcare Recruiter

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Remote Recruiter to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S.-based clients. You will work from home, supporting the full hiring lifecycle for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using CareerPlug, LinkedIn, Facebook groups and other job boards.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews via HelloHire or similar tools.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment metrics (application rates, time‑to‑hire) and suggest workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in fast‑paced recruiting, preferably within healthcare.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight hiring timelines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
