Remote Full‑time Paralegal – Civil Litigation

About the role

We are a growing civil litigation law firm looking for a motivated Paralegal to join our remote team. You will support attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting research, and maintaining case records while providing excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and prepare a variety of legal documents for civil litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and review documents for accuracy.
• Manage discovery processes, including propounding and responding to requests.
• Maintain and update case files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with firm procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and support staff to keep cases progressing.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience working in a law firm, preferably with US personal injury or employment law cases.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with solid organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in word processing and document management software.
• Experience using legal research tools.
