Remote Full-Cycle Recruiter (Full-Time)

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a Remote Full‑Cycle Recruiter to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S. healthcare organizations. You will manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to placement, ensuring each candidate is ready to deliver quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage the interview workflow using tools like HelloHire.
• Utilise platforms such as CareerPlug, LinkedIn, job boards, and Facebook groups for candidate outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, timelines, and hiring goals.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment metrics (application rates, interview counts, time‑to‑hire) and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience recruiting for healthcare positions or similar fast‑paced environments.
• Strong ability to work independently and meet tight hiring deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and social media platforms for candidate outreach.
• Ability to manage background checks and license verification processes.
