About the role

We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or MD to deliver virtual primary care to patients across the United States. This remote position offers flexible shift options and the opportunity to work with a leading healthcare staffing firm.

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments for family medicine patients.
Document encounters accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans.
Provide patient education and follow‑up care via virtual platforms.

Required profile

Active US license (preferably New York or New Jersey).
Specialty training in Family Medicine.
Strong clinical assessment and patient management abilities.
