About the role
We are looking for a dedicated General Worker/Operator to deliver exceptional customer service through online channels such as email and live chat. This remote position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to support customers worldwide while collaborating with a dynamic team.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests via email and live chat.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and follow‑up activities as needed.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- At least 35 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
- Strong communication, empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
