Remote Copywriting Trainer

About the role

AffinityX is seeking a Remote Copywriting Trainer to design and deliver learning solutions that elevate the performance of its copywriting teams. You will create engaging training programs, assess learning outcomes, and support employee growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs, assessments, and learning materials for copywriting staff.
• Conduct training needs analysis using performance and business data.
• Facilitate onboarding, coaching, and capability‑building sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Product teams to align training with business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with certification in adult learning, instructional design, or learning content development.
• At least 2 years of experience in copywriting or content writing.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Solid analytical skills and willingness to work night shifts.
• Stable internet connection for remote work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with training evaluation frameworks such as the Kirkpatrick Model.
• Knowledge of AI writing tools like Copy.ai and editing tools like Grammarly.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
