About the role

As a Remote Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging leads, building interest, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. Key responsibilities

• Call a high volume of leads and prospects to schedule appointments with clients.
• Contact leads immediately during set hours to ensure rapid response.
• Qualify appointments based on readiness, motivation, financing, and fit criteria.
• Conduct follow‑ups and nurture leads until appointments are confirmed.
• Respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospects.
• Follow scripts and sales techniques to convey value propositions and handle objections.
• Update the CRM system with accurate interaction details after each contact.
• Coordinate and manage the appointment calendar.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting or a similar teleprospecting role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable making phone calls and delivering scripted dialogues.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and active listening abilities.
